Jack L. Snead
Co-Founder/ CEO/ CDT
Jack is a visionary dental professional with over 40 years of experience in the field of dental technology. As co-founder of American Dental Laboratory, Jack has been instrumental in developing innovative solutions to improve laboratory efficiencies and case outcomes. Specializing in digital workflows and complex case implantology Jack continues his education attending Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI Global), Dawson Academy and is PTC certified in Anterior Anatomy and the Science of a Natural Smile & Crown and Bridge Anatomical Waxing. Jack is registered with the National Board of Certification as a Certified Dental Technician and is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is also affiliated with the Dental Laboratory Association of Texas.
Felix G. Silva
Co-Founder/ COO/ CDT/ Dawson Scholar
Upon graduating from Texas State Technical College in 1989, Felix has developed a comprehensive skill set in the dental laboratory industry, His roles have involved leading teams, motivating, training, and coaching employees to enhance their skills and productivity. Felix has worked for several dental laboratory corporations that owned multiple locations, where he served in senior positions such as Regional Vice President, Director and General Manager. During his tenure, he was responsible for the overall management of lab operations, ensuring high standards of quality control, overseeing production processes, and implementing strategies for sales growth and customer retention. His work has been crucial in driving profitability growth and maintaining the day-to-day operations. Felix also is a graduate of the prestigious Dawson Academy, is a SPEAR Faculty Club member and serves on the board for the Dental Laboratory Association of Texas.
Jorge Leal
CFO
Jorge has built a multifaceted career, holding bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Administration and Finance. He is currently enhancing his expertise by pursuing a Master of Science in Information Technology Management. With more than 12 years of experience in a dental lab and almost two decades in accounting, Jorge brings a wealth of knowledge to his professional roles. Outside work, he is actively involved in church activities and enjoys rock climbing and bouldering. Jorge’s guiding principles are integrity, honesty, and providing personal attention in all aspects of life.
Silvia Gomez

Karen is proficient in working with state-of-the-art digital scanners, Exocad and 3 Shapes design software’s, and milling machines to ensure precise and efficient production of dental prosthetics. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
